We regret to inform you that Xenotec, doing business as Ocuscience, will cease operations on December 31, 2024. We deeply appreciate your trust over the years and are committed to ensuring a smooth transition.

Electrophysiology Accessories: Available through Evoq Technologies at info@goevoq.com.

Supplier Guidance

I-VIVO Incorporated has acquired Ocuscience assets and will continue imaging and anesthesia production. Suppliers are asked to transition relationships to I-VIVO. Final invoices for payment by Ocuscience should be submitted by January 15, 2025, or transferred to I-VIVO if related to essential components.
